How do I book a train ticket?
Search for trains on our homepage by entering your source, destination, and date. Select a train, choose your class, add passengers, and proceed to payment.
How can I check my PNR status?
Go to the PNR Status page and enter your 10-digit PNR number. You'll see real-time status of your booking and all passengers.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel confirmed or pending bookings from your dashboard. Go to My Bookings → select the booking → click Cancel. Refund will be processed as per Indian Railways cancellation policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking (all major banks), and popular wallets.
How many passengers can I book for at once?
You can book for up to 6 passengers per booking. You can also save frequently travelling passengers for quick booking.
Is my payment data secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using SSL. We partner with Razorpay for secure payment processing and never store your card details.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for cancelled tickets are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund amount depends on the cancellation time as per IRCTC rules.
Can I book Tatkal tickets?
Yes, Tatkal bookings are available from 10 AM (for AC classes) and 11 AM (for non-AC classes) one day before the journey.
How do I save passengers?
Go to Dashboard → Saved Passengers → Add Passenger. Fill in the details and they'll be available for quick selection during future bookings.
Can I print my ticket?
Yes, after a successful booking you'll see a "Print Ticket" option. You can also print from your booking details page at any time.
