We ship orders across India using trusted partners like India Post, DTDC, or Blue Dart. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days; express options (extra fee) deliver in 1-3 days. Shipping times start once your payment clears and stock is confirmed.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over ₹999 within India
  • Flat ₹99 for orders under ₹999; express shipping ₹199+
  • International shipping available—contact us for rates
  • Costs shown at checkout; no hidden fees

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Track your order directly on the carrier's website. We notify you of any delays due to weather, holidays, or stock issues.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

Deliveries occur to your provided address during business hours. Inspect packages upon receipt—report damage immediately. Signatures may be required for high-value items. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. No refunds on personalized, perishable, or final-sale products. Damaged/defective items qualify for full refunds or replacements—contact us with photos within 48 hours.

6. Refund Process

Submit requests via our contact form with order details and proof. Approved refunds process in 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours. Cancellations before shipping get full refunds minus any processing fees.

7. Exceptions and Limitations

Refunds denied for change of mind on custom orders or after use. Force majeure events (strikes, pandemics) may affect shipping/refunds. All policies comply with Indian Consumer Protection Act.
